The Customer Onboarding Kit was a cross-team project involving CX, Product, and Customer Marketing. This single-page experience for new customers provides them with information about what to expect during the onboarding process. This replaces a series of static one-pager pdfs that were emailed, disjointed, difficult to keep accurate, and generally a poor experience for the customer's first interaction with Electric. Moving this to the web, information is kept current, is easy to refer to, and provides links to other Electric resources. 
I wanted to generate excitement with a large, person-based image and make it easy to understand what to expect in the future onboarding phases. New site elements included a parallax hero, cards with hover states, and developing a dynamic table of contents sidebar that could be used on other long-form content.
